1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Photoago, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Photoago is operated by Outwork LLC.

2. Description of Service

Photoago is an AI-powered photo recreation platform that allows users to:

• Upload old photographs and recreate them with current appearances
• Enhance and restore damaged or faded photos
• Share recreations on a social feed with other users
• Purchase credits to use AI recreation features

3. Account Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Photoago
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission
• One account per person — duplicate accounts may be terminated

4. Credits & Purchases

• Credits are consumable digital goods purchased through the App Store or Google Play
• Credits are non-refundable once used for a creation
• Credits do not expire
• New accounts receive 1 free credit
• Credit costs: Nano Banana 2 (fast) = 1 credit, Nano Banana Pro (quality) = 3 credits
• Pricing may change with notice; existing credits remain valid

5. AI-Generated Content

• AI results are not guaranteed to be accurate or realistic
• You retain ownership of your original photos
• You are granted a license to use AI-generated recreations for personal and social sharing purposes
• Photoago may display AI-generated content with SynthID watermarks as required by Google
• You may not use recreations for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes

6. Content Guidelines

You may not upload or share content that:

• Contains nudity, sexual content, or pornography
• Depicts violence, gore, or harm
• Is harassing, threatening, or bullying
• Infringes on copyright or intellectual property rights
• Contains photos of people without their consent
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any applicable law

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.

7. Social Feed

• Posts shared to the feed are visible to all Photoago users
• You can delete your posts at any time
• Users can report content that violates community guidelines
• Photoago reserves the right to remove any content at its discretion
• Reference selfies are never displayed publicly — only the original and recreated photos

8. Intellectual Property

The Photoago name, logo, app design, and website are owned by Outwork LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Photoago platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Photoago is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for AI output quality, service interruptions, data loss, or any damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Photoago after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email.
