• Account Information: Your name, email address, username, and profile photo when you create an account.
• Photos: Old photos and current reference photos you upload for AI recreation. These are stored securely in our cloud storage.
• AI-Generated Content: The recreated images produced by our AI models.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, including features used, scan modes selected, and engagement with the social feed.
• Purchase Information: Records of credit pack purchases, processed securely through Apple App Store or Google Play.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version for troubleshooting and optimization.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered photo recreation services
• To maintain and improve the Photoago platform
• To process in-app purchases and manage your credit balance
• To enable social features (feed, likes, comments, follows)
• To send important service updates and newsletters (with your consent)
• To moderate content and enforce community guidelines
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats

3. AI Processing

Your uploaded photos are sent to Google's Gemini AI (Nano Banana Pro) for processing. Photos are used solely for generating your requested recreation and are not used to train AI models. All photos are processed through secure, encrypted connections.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL database) and Supabase Storage, both hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and follow industry best practices for data security. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Social Feed & Public Content

When you post a recreation to the social feed, the before and after images, your username, and caption are visible to all Photoago users. You can delete your posts at any time. Your reference selfies are never shared publicly.

6. Third-Party Services

• Google Gemini API: For AI image generation
• Apple App Store / Google Play: For payment processing
• Supabase: For database and file storage
• Vercel: For website and API hosting

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Export your data

8. Children's Privacy

Photoago is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
